MvcPager demo - Data initialization

This sample demonstrates how MvcPager can get page index from url hash value and jump to specified page automatically in Ajax paging mode.

The hash value of url in this page contains page index parameter(#id=3), MvcPager will jump to page 3 and load data automatically when page is loaded first time.
