MvcPager demo - Standard Ajax paging

This sample demonstrates the asynchronous paging functionality of the MvcPager.

AjaxHelper.Pager method returns an AjaxPager object, you can pass PagerOptions and MvcAjaxOptions parameters directly, or use Options and AjaxOptions methods.
